Inconsistency in bot GPH?

So I have three barbs, all paragon 25, with almost identical gear and stats. Two of them get almost identical GPH, 190k. However the third one (who happens to have slightly better gear) gets 70-90k. Averages deaths on the third bot are always less, and he has 20% faster movement speed, yet for some reason he always gets almost half of what the other two get. Anyone have any ideas what I am missing?

24 on gear, stacks with passives past 24

Cap is 25, but most efficient to have is 24, (12 x 2).
