Separate system account for DB and D3. It works?

Hi.
Is there a way to run Demonbuddy at separate account from Diablo3?
for example:
Diablo3 - user-rights account.
Demonbuddy - admin-rights account.
UAC is ON.

Now im have the error:

but when Diablo3 process run with admin rights, Warden will detect more fingerprints to set flag on account. is it?

no, warden is only able to scan within its own address range, and only cares about diablo 3 running it with lower privileges wont help protect you any.
