That's just an issue with CE trinity , it fixed iron door opening but now try to open also cosmetic iron door in stonefort too, after some time it blacklist it tho.
Anyway i'm using old giles now so i don't know if latest version fixed this also.
 
I too had bot attacking invisible things - looked very weird. Mine happened in towers though.
 
So none of you thought to hit dump and get a SNO when this happens?

You'll need some evidence on this one guys.
 
I noticed the same thing, thought it was some kind of weird db bug. But now after reading this thread, it could really be a nice trap from blizzard putting invisible objects under the ground, which the bot tries to interact with but a regular player wouldn't.
 
Yes, bots doing exact same things to right before 12/18 ban wave hit. They have been running smooth until just today. Whether or not their is a connection, I guess we will find out.

What I personally did is stopped the bot and played manually for a while (haha...sounds funny) then disconnected. Putting on the tinfoil!!!
 
My bot like to TP to town randomly and run around ........really wierd.
 
It feels like my bot is doing strange things, and is laggy/glitchy more than usual, however I might just have confirmation bias thanks to reading this thread. <,<

I tried to dump it but for some weid reason my demonbuddy always freezes when i do that :S

Altho i remember it said in the log "Path hop 8 recived" or somthing, and got that msg 5-6 times
And this is while the bot was moving back and forward in 1-2 yard span fast as hell!
 
my mouse got stuck 3 times reading this post i must be getting ready to be banned from the forums
 
i also noticed more crashes, diablo keeps crashing all the time.....and the bot likes to hug that fire spitting thing in tower of the damned
 
a contact of mine encountered this in arreat crater maps, the character would stop waiting for a worm to rise, but the worm was not detectable visually when it was detected by the bot. This seemed like an obvious bait and trap, and one that should be considered (and hopefully avoided) in future builds.
 
my 3 bots crashed at the same time, guess blizz is up to it again, just prepare for the worst and be happy with the outcome.

It's most likely the new DB and plug in bugs IMO.

You guys stopped botting because of this?
 
This morning I was lifting off the ice from the glass of my car and for a moment I read the ice "Ban is coming" .. same thing happened to a friend of mine while dissolving the sugar in your cappuccino! BAN is NEAR!
 
i just made my own profile, all good now :D, will report if it crashes or stucks

seems like the public profiles need coordinate updates, i think blizzard changes them from time to time causing the weird stucks :D

stucks persist no matter if private or public profile, bot likes to hug that fire spitting thing in tower of the damned
