Just a little heads up.. HB and NPC Scan = DEATH

So.. NPC scan and HB can mean certain death. Not sure if you guys know but NPC scan, is a addon from curse that scans for rare spawns you know for gear, and mounts and achivements.

What this addon does is it targets the NPC for you automatically. For those who have used it you know what I mean.

WELLLLLLLLL my good bot HB loves to kill stuff thats targeted. So my toon ran towards the rare spawn pulling every single mob in its path cuz it wanted to KILL!!!!

So just as a little heads up. Turn off NPC scan if you plan to do a unsupervised all nighter in MoP.

I use this addon everyday and never experienced this odd behavior.
Maybe it's a setting within NPCScan?

He could be useing a wand, it auto shoots. Just a thought. Right clicking and left clicking does different things.

No i have a staff. Although I am a warlock. Come to think of it this has never happened on my Paladin or Warrior. Think its my minion?. CLU sends my minion in first and my toon follows... hmmm

It only alerts if a rare is close, it doesn't target it unless you click the window that pops.

maybe setting? then disalbe it and problem solved

Mine doesn't auto-target. It pops up an icon and I have to manually click it. Then it marks the mob with a Triangle and I kill it. No auto-targeting; must be a setting.
