Good job on that one, im trying to wade through the bullshit thats on this thread. How did you manage that? :)

Just log on paypal, search the transaction, go to "resolution center" and complete the form.
You get a mail, Blizzard get a mail to defend himself.

Wait a few days (4 in my case) and ...that`s all.

you can tell blz to check the business, ban does not cancel sold auction.

Getting banned does cancel your auctions. It said in the email.
I had gut feeling night before about something. Put every piece of gold had on rmah night before ban. Got email shortly after saying gold sold and how much getting. Next day got ban. Never got money in paypal. And email says any auction that was going or pending will be refunded to person. Since when you sale gold its pending for up to 3 days. So therefore that transaction was still in pending state. Lost the money.

I don't get what all the kids are crying about "mimimi they can generate the items so this can't be true". The idea is not that Blizzard will steal items and sell them to make extra money but some black sheep working for this company does this. I don't think there are alot of people working for Blizzard who can just go and generate items - maybe the guys developing the server-side can do this. I bet GMs can't do this - how do you imagine this? GMs sit infront of some kind of interface where they get displayed alot of information - but why would they have a function such as "generate item with any stats you feel like"?

I'm confident though, that alot of people working for Blizzard (precisely: GMs) have the ability to move items. They can set back "hacked" accounts and probably can access these accounts somehow. Now you all know there is alot of money to be made in this game. Why do you think there can't be one guy wanting to push his income (heyy, free money!) among all the people who have the ability to do this to just move a valuable item from a banned account to his (anonym) mule and sell it maybe in the name of a friend? I think this is highly possible. The fact that -single- valuable items from banned accounts just disappear (and non-valuable items just stay where they are) is kinda strange don't you think?

Or it might be as simple as this...your weapon was duped and u had knowledge of it.

so its duped and only 1 exists on diabloprogress... nice try small fry u might as well post a 4chan pic and say im crying when youre not even competent to read between the lines

OMG i wet my self with joy over that pic!

Well in the early start of wow the GM's were able to make items till one GM had some type of mental break down started wiping everyones characters/gear spawning a ton of stuff causing basically a internal DDOS on the server and it just was bad, back then bliz only backed up characters once ever like 48 hours so they had to do a major roll back and it was just a bad mess. I believe they took legal action against the GM but yeah after that they did a strict lock down on gm ability

Quick note: Make sure that if you're requesting a refund, that your paypal account is not associated with any current accounts. They WILL suspend your account for chargebacks if it is established to an active account.

GMs do have the ability to create/destroy/restore items. The OP stated that Blizzard is robbing him blind. If it was "Blizzard" doing this to make a profit, they would not need to steal the items from your account.

Just a technicality, but that would be a DOS not a DDOS =P.

Obviously you are nit-picking on the term "Blizzard". For him it doesn't really matter WHO is making money with his items.

Secondly, I still don't think they can just come up and create items. Destroying/restoring items is a whole different story. If you can't put some proof on what you said or even put some logical arguments behind what you said ("Why would they be able to create items?") I will not believe you. Also while your at it: please tell me your theory about disappearing items on banned accounts.

I had an account banned with 500m+ worth of gear on it. The items are still there on armory ;). If someone was running some kind of scam that worked at Blizzard, they would've definitely taken some items off of that account. Honestly, in my theory, the items are bugged on armory. You're viewing an account on Armory that has been BANNED. You don't think there's the slightest chance of a bug?

Initiate an investigation by contact [email protected]. If someone was actually doing this, it would be a HUGE liability on Blizzards behalf. I'm sure that they already have a system in place for monitoring their team's activity, but you can give it a shot this way if not.

The fact remains that this guy lost an account and got pissed. Now he's just looking for any reason to sue Blizzard for the $60.00 he lost for violating TOS/EULA. Perhaps more if he was stupid enough to purchase items from RMAH for real money if he was botting (offense intended). Every single person and their mother that gets banned wants their shit back. Some people want more and thing they have a strong case against Blizzard for this. There have been 100's of conspiracy theories about Blizzard for 10+ years now. So far, it hasn't seemed to stop Blizzard.

Just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean that it can't happen to other people. No I don't think that this could be a bug.

Why would I want to do this? I don't really care if there's some guys at blizzard making some good money with this shit - hell I know I would. I just said that it was possible and you have failed to prove me wrong.

It's not just this guy, I've seen several people reporting this.

I'm sorry but the argumentum ad ignorantiam is strong with you... Just because I cannot prove you wrong does not make you right lmao. There's no point in making more countless threads discussing the same conspiracy theories over and over again. "No I don't think that this could be a bug" - What makes you think that? Are you a developer for Blizzard Entertainment?
"I've seen several people reporting this" - Are these the same people that spam the "OMG QQ I AM BAN FECK BLIZZARD I BET THEY ARE FUCKING MY ACCOUNTS MOAR"?

The fact is that unless you work for the company (or know someone working in that department), you will never know. These threads are starting to get more ridiculous that Area 51 conspiracy theories -.-. What purpose does 15 people talking out their ass over something that they can neither prove/disprove serve?

Hello ct12yyy, did you use the reason that bliz took your right to play d3 and did you file a complaint with the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau? Thanks
