Asked for refund 4 days ago

As the title says I emailed [email protected] asking for a refund 4 days ago, the key was bought 4 days ago approx 3-4 hours before i asked for a refund, I have yet to receive any answer, just wondering, Has my email been received? Will I be getting my refund? Did I send it to the wrong email?

If you remembered to send the key with the email, then I'm sure it's gonna be alright. They're just extra busy because of all the refunds and trouble during the banwave, I'd imagine. :)
 
I also sent a similar e-mail about 5-6 days ago, still no response.. would like to know what's happening as well.

so did i, i sent an email exactly 96 hours ago, and no response, and i did include the serial key in it.. so wasup?
 
Same as me, sent a mail the 19th at night and haven't got a response aswell.

Edit: Did put my transaction ID + key in the mail.
