I think u know that but u don't want to admit here in public.
Because if it is like that u can not hide ur Db from detection.
They gonna perma buy licenses from u and analyse them.

i do not think that it is difficult to change the name of the process for developers .. a name like maybe some process based on several windows or drivers for example RAVCpls64.exe or more ..
We should stop thinking "NO DO NOT LOOK OUR PROCESS IS NOT LEGAL is INVASION OF PRIVACY" Meanwhile, for safety I would avoid to have this doubt
