i realy need help

i stoped playing wow for several months, like 3 or so. and when i got back i wanted to start my honorbuddy back up, but i forgot my password and had to change it threw my email, now my pass wont work on the forms (this is a new account so i can post on the forms). and i cant log into my honorbuddy download ether. if someone could help me fix my password or if bossland could email me a new passowrd or something that would be great
