Purchased the Key less then a week ago and sent an email to [email protected] with my key / username.

its been 60hours just making sure that the email was received and pending? and is the refund based on the day i sent the email correct? i hope so!

Is anyone else wondering what you are going to spend that money on? Clearly you were okay with spending it, more than likely you are going to repurchase it tomorrow when the bot is live again. Is the potential refund of $40 bucks today so important you need to interrupt the mods/admins from doing their job? Put your stopwatch away and be patient. Also may I suggest, get a job (or if you have one go to it), make $40 bucks while the bot is down and your problem will be solved!

Well, I have 3 licenses of the bot already. I purchased another Dec 15th to add a 4th account. after losing 4/4. I have decided to not bot anymore ( at least for now ) and when I do i prob will only do 3/3.. since i was able to get the refund i am. honestly has nothing to do with you and you look foolish by even replying to my thread. I have spent over 250$ on the bots/gear alone, and yes i have a full-time job and support a family of 3 kids and my wife. Any further ignorant claims you wish to spill from your very uneducated mouth please do so, would love to see how far you can dig this hole.

Still looking for an Admin to answer my first initial question if possible, thank you!

I never made any 'claim' ignorant or informed. I asked what you needed the $40 bucks for (and so quickly). You are still the one crying over $40 bucks regardless of your financial responsibility (something I did not attack but you felt the need to overcompensate with a retort).

You paid for the bot (thanks for supporting them they are awesome), you obviously were going to use it except you got banned. Do a forum search before you ask questions that have been answered plenty of times and let the mods/admins finish working on the bot.
 
refund period lasts for 7 days after the purchase date.

if you are eligible you will get your refund,response can take up to 96 hours
