authentication faild

my authentication number worked when i purchased deamonbuddy but i reinstalled the program and now my key doesn't work anymore
i have not be able to run deamon buddy once yet and have been haveing nothing but problems

You didn't fall into any trap, you bought the software without reading the official statement that clearly states DB is down until further notice.

But quoting the ToS,

"3. Refund Policy

Seven days from purchase date, no question asked, Refund Policy. Please send the Key you bought to [email protected] and ask for the refund. Payments will be refunded within 24 hours."

^^This, we arent going to force people to stay if they dont want.

just keep in mind we are backed up at the moment with support e-mails, so it may take up to 96 hours for us to get your e-mail.
