Hello guys,

First of all I want to thank the DB team and all the contributors who have invested their time and energy into making this bot possible. This was a fun ride while it lasted but for me it's the end of the journey with Blizzard games. They'll not get a single penny from me again. As for botting, even though I can understand why legit players are against it, I would never again spend precious hours of my life to do what a computer can do for me as Blizzard has made both WoW and D3 in such a way that you MUST spend hours and hours of your life in front of their games or spend a good amount of real cash in D3 if you want to get anywhere. They even lure the gamer with stupid achievements that consumes inhuman amount of time to achieve. The game becomes a full time job.

The psychology of their strategy is that when an individual spends a lot of time and energy and invests it into their games, it creates addiction, which can destroy your social life, relationship, job, etc. Botting is a way out of their trap and I'm sure botting has saved many people from losing their job/school or destroying their relationship with friends and family. But for a money driven corporate like Blizzard this doesn't matter and they will continue to be suckers like parasites as long as they can.

I wasn't a multibotter as many of you and the cash I made I spent on my toon. As I wrote on another thread, I actually feel good about this shit. Finally I'm free from this boring shitty game with no real content. AH has been dead lately and there is no incentive to play this game whatsoever and I refuse to buy a new copy of the game as Blizzard hopes/wants us botters to do as in the quote below just to emphasis this:

Moving forward, this Diablo III account and any heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible. The only way to continue playing Diablo III is to purchase a new licence or attempt to recover access by appealing account closure. While closure overturns are very unlikely, we advise that customers pursuing an appeal wait to purchase a new Diablo III licence until the appeal process has completed. If you add a new Diablo III licence, the new account will overwrite your old account and any prior heroes or items will be permanently erased.

If they really wanted to get rid of me and cleanse this game of all botters like me as they announce to the legit players to keep them happy to continue sucking on them, they would ban my and all other botters' B.NET account altogether knowing that we are botters, not encourage us in this obvious way to buy new copies of their game. Sorry Blizzard you are not going to suck on me anymore, ever!

I'm sure DB team will find a solution to those of you who will continue to stay in D3. There is always a solution to any problem and the ever on going battle between gaming corporates and botters will continue.

Thank you & good luck everyone! Merry Xmas to y'all!

As Gollum yelled in joy "I am freeeeeee" so will I! ;)

If they started banning bnet acc, botter would just create new ones with fake names, as this process doesnt require id verification, and if they changed it too, their sales would drop. Furthermore i think its aganist the law for a company to refuse sell their merchandise to anyone who is willing to pay.

Nice post dude ! I understand what you're saying completely. I often have a thought like this from time to time.

I know botting is not good for the game community especially with something like RMAH.
However, imagine myself and other players grinding for 2000 hours for godly items for my char is even worse...

I guess it's time to say goodbye to one of the best memories in gaming scene. Thank you devs, contributors and community.
It's been a rewarding and fun ride.

No more worry about disconnect while sleeping, no more worry when I'm not around the Botting pc.
No more urges to get up real quick and rush to the PC.

:')

I will miss that. :D :)

This is true in Sweden, and probably a lot of other countries: You can freely choose who you want to sell your products to, as long as you don't discriminate someone. I.Erefusing to sell to someone because they are gay or black is obviously not ok, but refusing to sell to someone because you broke their rules is fine.
