Do I just email them, they get back to me? I just use for 6days , but I heard they will reply within 96hours. By that time my session is more then 7days will they still refund me?

yes, we take the fact we have a 96 hour turn around into account.
make sure you send an e-mail with your key and a trasaction id if you have one to

the transaction id would of been on your e-mail receipt, its a number unique to your order so we can pull it up.
if you cant find it, then just make sure you include the key.

probably from the date of the e-mail, because we know there's a good amount of turn around time we will be pretty lax on exact dates. as long as you bought your key within the past 7 days you should be fine, even if it takes us a few days to look at your e-mail.

you dont need to keep sending e-mails, you already sent all the required information. if they need anymore they will write you back. be patient.
