Account locked - forgot name on account

Account locked due to suspicious log in activity when I loaded it from a second computer.

I failed to unlock it through the password reset feature, as I can not remember the first/last name i used to create the battlenet account. Now it is requiring that I contact support to unlock it.

Anyone have any ideas for how to get the account unlocked or determine what the first/last name could be?

There should be an option for a secret answer when it asks you to unlock it. Do you remember that, or did you just randomly put something down without thinking? If not, the only option would be to contact support and somehow prove to them it's your account.

Friend got the same problem, i just create a ticket whit my acount explain what happen, bliz send a mail to my friend, thats all.

Edit: My friend play again but 2 days later, the acount whas locked again, i recomend pass antivirus, and change mail password, later contact blizzard.

this is why you keep track of all your aliases, account names, emails, and passwords

If you have all your cdkeys and such send blizzard an email / ticket saying that when you made the account you registered under a false name because your mom told you to or make w/e excuse you want. Thats your best bet at getting the name changed.

Blizzard phone support line always full, can never get through.

Web support wont do anything for me without the last name.

For the life of me I can not recover this account. Fucking blows.
