Advice for starting from scratch?

So, in the latest spur of bans, I've lost everything but my brand new account that has a level 3 monk on it, with about 600ish gold.

Any advice for the best way to go about getting him up for botting? I plan to hand level a character, but I'm curious what the best options at 60 are for spec, gear, etc. Doesn't need to necessarily be a monk, just looking at what will get me up and running in the easiest possible way.

Tis what I use all the time for leveling. I feel better if I have all the quests

What do you guys typically run once it hits 60? I know quite a few budget builds for under 5m to run Alkaizer on mp0, but I'm trying to figure out an efficient method to get to that point once I hit 60.
