Need some working skillbuilds for wizard

Hi guys, recently got into DB, and tried to bot on my wizard, it doesn't seem to work as my bot just dies nonstop, I do the alkaizer run.

Is it because of my skill build?

My current skill build is

Primary - Spectral Blade(Deep cuts)
Force - Energy Twister(Storm Chaser)
1 - Frost Nova (Cold Snap)
2 - Diamond Skin (Diamond Shards)
3 - Energy Armor (Force Armor)
4 - Magic Weapon (Force Weapon)

And the gold is relatively low, I'm paragon 17, and I get about 90K/H, is that even normal?

Really need some help in this guys, been searching around the forum but couldn't find a working guide.

>>> Remove Spectral Blade by Electrocute (Forked Lightning) , if u got 40+ CC , remove Magic Weapon by Archon , just need a bit LoH (can get form Storm Crow + Blackthorn Pant ). Passive skill should get :CM , Cold Blooded .
