Serious inquiry: ISO help/info. about setting up 50+ D3 accounts

I'll get straight to the point, I'm looking to set up 50+ instances of Diablo 3.

• I'm looking for someone who has done this before.
• This isn't amateur hour.
• If you have knowledge/experience running 50+ instances of the game, I'd like to know what's the most cost efficient way to achieve this.
• Simply put; can I do this on 3-4 machines? 5-6 machines? Or do I need to set up a commercial server.

Its all about your money and your risk-management. 2-3 pc's can handle that easy, if u go with a 6 core. Read all the other topics on page 1.

I recommend to build 4 decent pc's with 12-15 copys each. The reason u can find in all the threads on page 1

There basically is no 100% cost effective way to do this. As much as you like to strip diablo of graphics and what not, there's still a 20-30 bots per machine limit you can't surpass unless you really want to build something insane. But basically, 2x i7 3770k (or 3930k if you really want to go for overkill) on a nice 16-32g of ram and basically any gpu to slide with that.. Imho you can run 50-60 on 2 machines, but the stuff you should pay more attention to is software. Which windows and what version, which relog etc.

Just my 2c, made it public so feel free to correct me if anyone thinks I'm wrong.

hardware is least of the worries. i believe 3x i7 3930 can do 50 fairly easy with corresponding decent hardware and have room to grow.

the elbow grease comes in on the 1-60 x50 with gear ups along the way and unstucks and profile changes. then sorting loot x50 to maintain decent profits repeatedly. and then do it all again to finish paying off machines after first ban.

Yes, u need min 4k euros just for your d3-copys and gearing and surviving the first wave. Add another xxxx euros for all the new pc's with win7 ultimate. Also your electricity will skyrocking, iam @ 3kw/h+ still growing... I think next step will be my own nuclear power station.

3x? 2 should be more then enough. With a nice cooling and overclock. I'd invest more in ram and OC it as well, shows better performance. If he's gonna setup a farm and unload cash to buy hardware, you expect him to do the same about profiles and plugins. So he doesn't have the worry about the things you mentioned.

However, I'm looking for someone who has done this before. I'm not in the market for speculation.

I've got a team of employees and enough resources to handle the grind.

I'm more concerned with set up for future use.

I can't guarantee. My experience with running a farm is limited to world of warcraft, didn't see diablo as low-invest-high-profit type of thing. I'm simply taking the stats I have from running 4 bots and multiplying them to your needs. But yeah, you should poke someone that ran a d3 farm. Hence the disclaimer "just my 2c"

Speculation? Here are a few guys with 50-100+ setups. Including me. U have to brainstorm whats your expectations, how much time u or your mates have to do that business. 3 bots are easy, with 20 bots its hard work, with 50+ bots its fulltime if u dont vendor everything. If u want vendor everything, we are again on your risk-management. Will u run in 1 region or all 3? How much money u can spend to play such a business? Isyour heart and pocket strong enough for banwaves? For example: My first 40 bot-rig, my second 30 bot-rig just a few days after and another 20 bot just a week after was banned at my start. If you are unlucky, the same can happen to you too.

If you are sure what u want to do, next question is how. How = what setups u want to buy. Check all the threads on page 1+2. In most of them i showed a few samples.

And third, after what and how. You need to optimize everything. Your window, your db's, your d3's, relogging, starting, and so on. Just everything.

So take this weekend. Check the market. Make a list and start your business. Learn step by step the hard way. No one can tell you YOUR right way.

I seriously wonder how you guys can do this...I get the hardware, and the maintenance but when you guys are running 50+ bots how are you pulling all your cash out? through a mule account? if not a mule then how to register several accounts to paypal? unless you unload to a gold buyer . And then how much of a pita is it to register that many accounts on a revolving bases? different emails for every account? or attach a crapload to a few? (seems like banning would be way more likely if you did that)

and how are you leveling 50+ bots? full group mp10 rushs? haha


between the hardware and the cash it takes to startup with the relatively low profit margin (especially if you get unlucky and waxed out in a banwave within a week)

Yep, if u are unlucky, your first investment is gone in hours. There are much threads here ppl crying fresh bots banned...

Leveling is easy. 1 pc, each day 4 chars.

Unloading cash? Never ever to the rmah I have a shop to unload all my gold for a nice price. They take more or less each day or they trade vs new d3's. So my investments now are rly small compared to what i payed for start.

considering how many people bot, and how many people play games, giving out some info doesn't hurt anyones bottom line, if it does, should be botting something more profitable haha, not to mention you'd be rolling a private bot and not some pub thats high target.
