Could i link my Bnet account to my friend PayPal(UK) account ?

Sadly my country is not supported by PayPal.

Your account will get suspended if the account name doesn't match the paypal account name only way to have it unsuspended is calling Blizzard.

Where are you from? Are you sure its not possible? All you need to do is to have activated paypal account.
