Is this possible? (Paypal & RMAH related)

I got hit hard this evening, like a lot of you.

Well, I want to open a new account, but here's my plan, I want to know if it works

1. purchase new copy of diablo 3
2. open new bnet account under John Smith (point being, not my actual name)
3. open new paypal account under John Smith (again, not my actual name)
4. run DB and RMAH like a god damned junkie
5. send funds electronically from John Smith to my main personal paypal.
6. profit

I just want to use a different name so Blizzard can't somehow look up my information and easily tell that it's me violating the terms of use once again.

how will you ID the PayPal account tho? you have to ID it, otherwise it gets locked and no moneyz for you.

Use a parents ID and shit on paypal and you're fine.

I was unaware, haven't set up a paypal since the early days it was introduced. When you open an account do you need to scan a drivers license to match the first and last name? How do you ID an account?

Ok, so now my question is, does my Paypal have to be the same first and last name as the Battle.net account? My point of this topic is, i guess, I want to successfully RMAH but under a name that blizzard sees was not a previously banned account.

to ID it you associate a credit card or bank account, not sure if those need to have the same first and last name as the paypal account, IDed mine too long ago.
