Reached maximum allowed sessions!

I just bought HB with 1 session and 30 days, I downloaded the client and logged in and I get the error message "Reached maximum allowed sessions!" I have made sure I have only one instance of the program loaded and I have also tried restarting

No that is not likely at all. Just give it a few minutes before trying to start HB again (after quitting out of the program)

check your computer with spybot and avast, change your password and wait one day..
if the problem continues its either the bot or the keylogger ownd spybot and avast
but if someone hacked your account someone from the team might help you out by telling you from which ips your account has beend used recently.

I literally just bought the account, then tried it. It seems highly unlikely that it has been hacked?

presumably you dont have the shopping cart page or whatever it is left open when you're trying to log in as this is hosted on same server as auths so you wont be able to log into HB with that open. Close all IE and try then!

Yes I am new to HB not so new to botting in general though, I have tried a PC restart, but still the same problem
