i was taking all precautions for no retard bans on my 7 bots, random profiles, bot choose 7 profiles in act1 2 or 3, take sleep time and random breaks in the day time, like 10-14hours a day, and still got hit 3/7 lol
now on, 24/7 only act 3 like i should long time ago lol

no. its most likely that your account will get flagged someday - and will be banned when its bannhammertime. stopping before maintenance doesnt do shit, if anything it makes you look more suspicious.
