Im going to go ahead and guess this is for the same reason the rest of us can't use it either. There was a stealth patch to WoW last night and HB hasn't updated their bot yet to work with it. Give it a bit and they should be up and running.

Unless EU has patched, the beta wont work.
.518 should work.

Be sure to do a clean install.
