[Standalone] Mutli-D3/DB w/ Tiling etc.

MultiBoxD.III is a client I wrote to make my life easier, and figured with all my leeching, why not contribute.

Brodin.webp Multiboxd.webp

This program presents a GUI that allows user customization for starting multiple clients and cycling through them. Generally, I love the idea when I can come home and cycle through each bot/client manage and cycle to another easily. Then when done cycling I can toggle and restore the clients back to their beautiful low RAM/CPU usage tile mode.

This program took about a quick 2 hours to get working so there will obviously be bugs. Also I used APOCS D3 starter. Would probably try to ask APOC for source so I can implement a cleaner version with less popups.

How to use:

1. Bundled with the files is a setting folder. Edit accordingly.
  • iPath = installation path of Diablo
  • dbPath = installation path of DB
  • cCount = number of clients total you wish to run
  • cRow = How many clients per row on this scene?

2. Launch D3App.exe and select your settings.txt in the folder!

3. Double check the input, make sure everything is right then begin by clicking Launch D3(s).

4. Proceed to logging into the accounts.

5. When done logging in / and D3's are loaded, click Tile!

6. Click Launch DB and they should all pop up.

Turned off hotkeys for now as I've been trying to make them global, probably will just make the form on top / focus.
You can use the current Bring to front, and return to position buttons. If a window doesn't correct, just retile!

Also regard, I'm a student that's having a heavy CEN-S degree schedule! Also don't be afraid to pm me and donate ;)
Need all the help I can get!

I would also like some feedback on this. Has anyone tried this? Have you had any issues with it? Would you recommend using it? Does it actually make your d3 clients small like in the screenshot?

D3 size is a 800/600 ratio designated by your res. I use 1360.768 and want 4 per row. That means it resized it to 320. 255

Works like a charm.
Very easy to use:)

Thanks alot aylwin1991!

I do have a few questions.
For howlong have you been using it? I asume non of your accounts have been banned yet.
Also, will the IP be the exact same on each client, if so is there a way to change this?

None have been banned yet, and sorry to say but yes the IP's are exactly the same, but the issue is I live / go to UF so the IPs will be the same since I lan with the floor and we share our wireless. The way I circumvent banning is an achievement plugin I'm using / writing. Basically I've come to narrow down the ban waves go towards people with very little achievement points but extreme rate in farming gold which will probably generate flags.

What do you mean by an achievement plugin?
Sorry, im completely new to Diablo.

i basically wrote a private plugin / script that grinds achievement points. Basically to make it more human like because humans have the tend. to strive for the highest epeen ever. I feel that people with low points are probably marked as possible bots.

This is amazing. No need for duplicating 11 gb Diablo III folders or VMware. Thanks a bunch! Will report more later.

I see and I think you might be right there.
Are you planning on sharing the plug-in or keep it private? ( I understand that you will probally keep it private ^^).

When I type my input, D3 Starter says "File does not exist: <my path>
"Coul not create process for <my path>"

Make sure you edit the settings like I have done.

Also I'm not too sure about sharing the plugin atm, maybe if I start receiving donations. So far I haven't been banned since launch. running 15 bots 24/7

I m doing it but still when I press Launch D3(s) in D3App D3 Starter pops up and asks for path to D3 executable. I type it and you know the rest.

As with the other stand alone launcher I can't get this to work for me anymore, upon running Diablo III.exe since patching it always forces a launcher to start and thus preventing two clients from launching.

Maybe add an arguments box to your settings/app? Where you can add -launch -ignoreupdates etc.

you should consider adding unique hardware id changer then it would be perfect!

Would be sick if you can share that achievement add-on. I'm all ears and would donate if it works like a charm!

Using this just opens up 1 launcher, any clue how to get it to just open up the game?

Talking to aylwin on Skype trying to get a proper fix sorted for D3starter, currently buggy to use.
