Work and Home?

I know this will prolly get locked but, I get the HTTP error when im at home but when im at work I can use HB? Just curious as to why?

same here. At work now and i have absolutely no problems with the site. At home 0 connectivity, IP adress even starts with the same.

I know the reason, your IP is blocked.
You need to change or renew your ip address, it should work after renewing your IP.

It may be a dumb question, but is there a way to change my IP address if I am on cable internet?

Depends on your ISP's lease duration. 99% chance you'll have to call them and ask to release it.
