Where exactly do they go within the folder. There isn't a premade and I can't seem to find a thread that states where they go.

hehe,nice :)
You respond to this thread by adding nothing at all instead of responding to mine where I actually need support... Really?

I also added a log, it seems that you only respond to thread without log to add your "How To: Attach your log file" and ignore the one with actual log. That's great. I don't mean to be offensive or anything but I've been waiting for 3 days for a response from the buddy team in the main GWB thread and now in the support section and I see this "response" here. Nice.

I dont know for sure why you havent got a reply for your problem. But I would guess its a problem they know about. Keep posting error logs and remember this is free beta test. As in you didnt pay for it. And bugs are expected. Just keep posting bugs and hope they fix.

Or they really have no idea how to fix. Either way give them time. Im sure will work out great.

well,i wont ask for your permission in order to make a post on forums...sorry

I was simply pointing out how as a moderator you could use your time to help people asking for support instead of making useless post. I think that was pretty clear.

ahh Moderator Etiquette.

Well I for one would have to say Tony is pretty kick ass. I know a few dont care for him. But I gotta say when I first started Honor Buddy many moons ago, he helped me TONS through private messages.
I had trouble every step of the way.

Have you ever thought about what a forum moderator does? It is possible he doesn't do tech support for the product but moderates the forum telling people hey you should provide a log so the developer can correct / look into the issue. But hell if you'd rather not have him remind you to post the log and wait hours longer till the developer asks for the log then logs off for the night making it take even longer for you to get a response yea sure sounds great.

Most forum moderators just make sure the forum rules are being adhered to, people not being ass's posting obscene / intrusive links etc. And if they can help with the problem you posted that's even better.

So...I wish OP would have said how he figured it out.

Where is the mesh folder/how do I create one?

click "Settings and Tools" theres a section where you can select a new mesh folder, it ether already has a path there, where its been downloading the meshes to, or create a folder called meshes in the honorbuddy folder, and set the path to it.

C:\GuildWars2 bot\GW2Buddy 1.0.300.100\meshes

For now I would just use there Meshes
When the bot is fully released they will be going to nav server and no longer able to use your own meshes. So just get used to using theres.
:D

and in your profile make sure have
Code:
<Mesh>Brisban Wildlands</Mesh>
<Recast>true</Recast>

Or which ever zone you plan to use.

I created the mesh folder, I just don't know how to set the mesh folder in gwb now.

I can't find a "settings and tools" button.

Are you wanting to create a mesh? or just use there's?

Also atm the bot is not up to date so wont be able to use right now.
But in future.

To create own mesh, go to Profile tab.
Open mesher. From there you can start to create own, open radar, load one already created.

If using there's. You just add the <mesh>zone</mesh> <recast>true</recast>
In your profile. While there mesh is in the meshes folder.

What I'm saying is, how does the bot know where THEIR mesh folder is.

How do I setup the path to the mesh folder for the bot?

yea, my bad though it was a honorbuddy post.

the meshes come WITH the profile, they come in pairs.

Download the mesh.zip. Unzip it into meshes in the bot folder. Thats it. No other settings. Just have them in meshes folder within bot.

Well, I'm only asking because I originally didn't have a mesh folder in my bots folder.

I was getting crash's when I would press start, so I thought this was because of that.

So I attempted to make my own Meshes folder inside of the bot installation path with the Meshes that I downloaded here; Navigation - Gw2Buddy Wiki

But what I'm asking is, because I didn't have a Meshes folder originally inside of the bot installation folder, how would the bot know where the Meshes folder is? Understand me now?

Ya it doesnt have one to begin with. Have to create folder, put meshes there. No way to link it, or tell bot where to look. Just need to create folder, move meshes there.
Once the meshes are in the folder, within bot. Then as long as tag inside profile links to correct folder in there. All will be good.

Okay well thanks. I'll test it out to make sure it works once the bot is up again. Appreciate it.
