max sessions reached plz help

i have paid for 1 year 1 session today i go to get on starts saying max sessions reached when i dont even have a hb running so i reset comp few times een waitied few hours say bs what do i do plz help

i think the real question is., how do you close HB properly so you can restart it immediately and log back in.

Along with this, you may want to try resetting your modem as well.

I think it would be nice to have a logoff option so I'm not forced to wait a bit before relogging after closing to change settings or characters
