From your log...

[00:33:16.574 N] [AutoEquip]: You have not selected a weapon style yet. Please open the configuration and check your settings.​

This is your problem. You need to select the ranged weapon style.

Honorbuddy -> Settings & Tools -> Plugins -> click on the text "AutoEquip2" (not the checkbox) -> click on the Config button​

Find the Weapon Style entry in the subsequent popup dialog, and select "Ranged". You should be off-and-away.
