You are having issues connecting to our mesh server. Please open UDP and TCP ports 5031, whitelist HB in your anti-virus, and any other firewalls.

If you are at a school, government, or work building - you may have to contact the system admin to open UDP and TCP ports 5031.

Im using Uni network and I dont think they will open the ports for me. Is there any way I can download the mashes manually or use my mobile phone network to download them? Will HB always be downloading meshes or it does it once in a while?

HB downloads meshes and stores them, it them reloads them when you go back to that area from your computer. Yes you can get them from someone.

Excellent! Thank you, any ideas off whom I can get them?

No, it is not allowed.
@OP, can you upload a full log please

Hi, Verum,

You need to open port 5031 in your firewall. Let's see another log, if that doesn't solve your problem, please. Recall, many people run two firewalls that need to be opened up--one in the hardware router, and one built into Windows.

cheers,

This is the newest log after opening ports in my firewall. But as I'm using the University Network I cannot access the router

Hi again, Verum, and thanks for the fresh log!

This log shows much progress. Its no longer complaining about the closed ports. However, I'm unable to figure out the cause of the timeouts. Bambam or Tony will need to look at this, or ask the HBdev team to find other remedies.

Sorry I couldn't help further,
chinajade

Thank you for your help chinajade
:)

Hope the devs have a solution to this

Anyone? Is there a way around this? Like why would the bot need mashes if I use lazy raider only

Is it possible just to download meshes and put them inside the meshes folder so HB can simply read them?

Unfortunately no.
Don't you use a router for your uni connection?
Like computer > router > jack in the wall

No, its only jack in the wall > computer then I enter my uni user and password and thats it.

Hmm, I can use my mobile phone network to download the meshes as all the ports are open when using , so is there like an option within HB that I can click so It downloads all the meshes so I can use them later when I start HB using uni network?

Not possible.
Try getting a router to plugin into the wall.

I go through the same process and I work just fine.
