Nothing changed, started happening out of the blue.
Fresh install does not help.
I don't do windows updates.

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.

Didn't work... but I downgraded to beta100 and then reupdated and it works fine now.
