Trade method

I was wondering which is the safest method to trade item between Main and Bot, currently i have one Bot running on the same ip of my Main, i'll never play at the same time, the bot runs at night when i'm sleeping and i play with main 3/4 hours a day. I spent a lot of time on my Main and i don't want to lose it, minimize the risk. Now i trade gold and item once every 2 days, i drop items on the floor and take everything with Main. Do you think that put an item on the ah and buy it immediately at low price is a good method, or some ah bot will snipe it? Any other method?

when I have large items to trade to my main (a $100+ item) I trade the bot an upgrade (even if its a tiny one). Thats just how I do it. No bans yet.
