Immediately after login, DB crashes. Here are the contents of the log

[13:42:17.670 N] Demonbuddy v1.0.1204.287 started
[13:42:22.871 N] Logging in...
[13:42:23.225 N] Attached to Diablo III with pid: 4720
[13:42:23.235 N] Flashing window
[13:42:23.406 D] Executable Path: C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\Demonbuddy 1.0.1204.287\Demonbuddy.exe
[13:42:23.406 D] OS Architecture: AMD64
[13:42:23.408 D] OS: Windows 7 64-bit
[13:42:23.408 D] OS Language: English (United Kingdom)
[13:42:23.425 D] Reloading AssemblyLoader<Zeta.CommonBot.ICombat> - Initializing

It doesn't seem to recognize that I am using Windows 8 judging from the log, and as far as I've noticed everyone else on Win8 is having the same issue.

I've tried with the Beta build as well, same situation and same log. I have also tried running it as administrator (both by default and right click) and with every possible compability. Nothing works, I hope you guys can help me sort this out. Thanks.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.

I followed all of the instructions to the T. No change whatsoever, same log and same error. What now?

Are you given any sort of error message window that pops up when the crash happens?

The only error message I am seeing is the one that says 'Program has crashed' and the only option is to click 'Close Program' which it does automatically after 3 seconds anyway.

Also I would like to note that the version of Demonbuddy I was running before the update was actually one of the Daily Beta releases, because the old stable ones were giving me this error which I am getting now with both the new 287 Stable and the two latest Daily Beta releases.

would you be comfortable letting me remote in to try to fix it for you?
If so, PM the info.
