Stops responding and crashes

Honorbuddy stops responding and then crashes

Gets stuck on "Logging in..."

All thats in my log file

And it still does it. Ive cleared settings folder

Fixed it by changing to DX9.
But i feel like i get better performance in dx11
Is there anyway i can fix this?
