unloading ~4bil gold

I have a couple questions about unloading this gold through the rmah

1. Is there a risk of them flagging my account because of how large of an amount it is.

2. My paypal has already been linked to a banned account, can i use this paypal again safely or do i need to use a new paypal account.

3. is flipping gold for gems still a good option?

i've dropped over 700m at once before with no issues.

I think the real problem is, since the AH will break up big amounts and sell as smaller amounts of the entirity, if someone in the middle uses bad CC# / declined rejected info i think it can get your large amount stuk

i'd wait right now, it's pretty damn near the rock-bottom for gold.

if anything invest in some $250 items with the gold

1. I have 9 accounts transfer all gold to 1 account and sell all the gold on RMAH. (1.4 billion is the most I've sold at once.)

2. I purchased Diablo the day of release, attached it to my Paypal. That Diablo account was banned. Bought new Diablo on same battle.net account(3 months ago).
Then bought another Diablo for 2nd battle.net account and attached the same Paypal to both bnet accounts. No problems. Running 24/7.

3. No idea.

Paypal has been through several thousand USD.
