Windows freezing while running DB

I can play D3 just fine, but the second I start DB my screen turns black and I have to hold down my pc power button to get the pc back up and running. It only happens after I start the bot.

My D3 is on low graphics, window mode, I ran the DB help dependency installer and everything I have read about to fix any kind of errors. The pc doesnt lock up like this just playing the regular game or just sitting here doing other stuff. Also I noticed if my D3 window is minimized the bot doesnt do anything until I maximize (window) the game, but then it locks up completely.

I attached my recent log file for when the bot locked up.

My frames are constantly at 40-50 and my comp has no problems running D3 on regular graphics so low graphics shouldnt be the problem.

Thanks for any help with this.

DB is not made to work with your D3 window minimized

Thanks for the reply.

That is the easy part of my problem. The hard part is why it locks up after DB starts doing something. The window is as small as it can get too. System specs isn't the problem.

id does it in combat or at startup?

I am running the Act1 Queen Sarkoth normal profile to just level up the bot some. I don't have any high characters on this account to test any of the other profiles.

Edit - Nevermind it just did it in town...sigh... It usually can get outside of town, but it seems to be random places and I guess in town is one of them.

Also windows update is asking to update the .net framework should I let it, or leave the one I got from the website on there.

Ok I did the windows update and the bot ran fine for a while, but then the same thing happened with the screen going black and having to hold power button down.

Here is the NEW log.

Does it matter that the bot is running from the same hard drive that D3 is running? Its a sata 3.0 drive.

no that shouldnt matter.

have you made sure your graphics diver is up to date?

Yes driver up to date. I ran the bot again and it seems to work for longer amounts of time (instead of a few min). The last two runs have been a bit better but it eventually locks up still. Here is the newest log.

Looks to be a problem with Trinity.
See if you can find a community updated version and try to use it.
