Max Sessions problem after WoW freeze

So basically, after my WoW had frozen yesterday and I turned everything off I tryed to log into HB again but every single time it says ''Max Sessions''.
I tryed to terminate it from Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal but the session isn't there(I registered with my e-mail I used in the changelog) someone please help!

If the session isnt shown in the Auth Portal, try restarting your computer, this usually fixes it. (I fixed it that way before I knew about killing it via the Portal)

that means you are not registered with the same email you used in checkout page


if you cant see your key,you cant see the active session as well
