It is a complete and utter waste of time/ resources.
The utility of it is based purely on the basis of speculation that the factors it masks are what blizzard could use to warrant a ban. But guess what: there is no evidence to indicate that this is true and plant to indicate the contrary.
If there was actually a correlation between the use ( or lack of use ) of VMware and bans, wouldn't the DB community be ravaged as a majority of the players in fact do NOT use it?
Look at the ban reports, do you see ANY correlation between ban frequency and use of VMware?
(Note: Any correlation that is potentially found, I assure you is solely because those concerned with wasting their time with VMware are more intent on "Botting safe" and thusly are much less likely to partake in activities that are undoubtedly and undisputedly much more likely to get one banned ( i.e. botting 24/7, or in multiple regions on a single acct [americas, asia and europe]).
So please, please save us all the space on the forums and yourselves the time you seem to be all to fond in wanting to waste, and do away with your VMware garbage.
Happy Holidays all!
