Haven't got my key

4 hours ago I bought 1 session for an amount of 24,98 euro and I haven't got any mail so fare about my order with an order number or a key.

I just send mail to the support about my issue, but I also wanted to post a thread on the forum to hear if anybody else have experienced this issue and maybe the support team will see my thread.

Something's seriously wrong with your email support, and your buddyauth system. I bought the 24,98 euro session on Nov 19. Then 4 DAYS later I get a key on Buddyauth saying that I got 1 days left, and 4 days expired. Then I log in and 6-7 hours later it stopped. So I payed 24,98 euro for 7 hours. Also, you didn't charge the money until just now (Nov 26). That makes no sense at all.

I did send you an email which you haven't replied to yet. I've actually send you 3 emails in the last 6 days, to which you haven't replied.
