[Stable] Honorbuddy 1.9.5.0

Status
Not open for further replies.
probably one of the most mis-leading title i've seen so far;

out of all the 'stable' verisons of HB previously posted this by far has been the most disappointing

the areas of : Duskwood and Hinterlands are unaccessible because of the poi issue

i really hope monday's release will be an improvement

if you want the log here.

will happen if you try to start the bot at duskwood or hinterlands

Most of the 'issues' people seem to be having with this release; are due to profile errors. Which profile are you using?

i am using my own profiles for grinding, but for BG i use the default ones. 1/3 of my bots are getting poi's in AB whilst the others aren't. tried restarting wow // restarting HB // deleting cache // using the 2/3 bots HB instead etc etc

never happened with 1.9.4.4

I had an idea I was wondering if it could be implemented either by <Tags> in profiles or maybe a plug in can do it.

When you have X number of Y items from a mob, in this (and all previous) versions of HB it keeps killing the mob that drops Y items, even though I need something else.

Like the Winterspring Frostsaber Provisions quest. It will keep killing bears for Shardtooth meat even if all I need is from Chimeras. I was wondering if this is a bug in HB or a design feature, and if so what can be done to prevent it if possible?

I was thinking some simple (easy for me to say, probably piles of code necessary) tags so that "if I have 5 shardtooth meat, avoidmobs "XXXX" " sort of thing.

I noticed the Skinning is behaving oddly as well. He kills a few mobs great...loots...thens runs away, turns around comes back and skins 1...then runs away and comes back and repeats. Anyone else having this problem?

Okay, I test HB on windows xp 32bits it's okay. Is it possible to propose a 64bits version of HB? WowInfinity works on XP x64 :)

I run Honorbuddy on windows 7 x64 without issues hooking. Just having the current skinning problem.

Targeting System Bug

Here is a situtation about pulling when you set pull distance to some high value like 75 and use a CC that can approach to the target if the target is out of range.

  1. HB sets a pull target and targets it. CC sees the target is out of range and starts moving to the target.
  2. After some time passes (like 5 secs) HB clears the target and restarts the pull sequence.
If you are in a spot in the middle of two mobs both like 50 yards distance to opposite directions, HB will start moving one, then it will clear the target and target the other mob, start moving 2nd, clear target again and target first mob. Which will result an infinite loop.

PS. There is no code in CC to clear target in pull sequence. That's HB causing it.

Am still using Honorbuddy 1.9.4.5 as this new one seems to crash or have many errors. Maybe put up a link for 1.9.4.5 for others to download it if they still need it, until the new one can be fixed.

wont boot up comes up with this error (attached in the picture)

thanks

Hi,
im currently leveling a pally at Un'Goro Crater and killing these crocs there. they drop a quest item. when you already got the item the bot doesnt "blacklist" the croc.
and another thing that i noticed where i used the 1-450 mining profile that the bot cant mine from the spot X=-7414.169 Y=-2457.733 Z=327.0428. it doesnt "blacklist" that one either.

im playing a bloodelf pally and use the Convalesce CC. im only using eRefreshment.

What is your toon's class? Warrior

What is your toon's race? Orc

What CC were you using? Themyscira(which came with the new update)

What profile were you using? AB

List any plugins you were using: None

What area did the bug occur in: AB

What was your toon's position when the bug occurred (X, Y, Z coordinates)? Random times/spots in AB

What type of bug are you reporting? Crash/DC

What was the bot's current action? Combat

Explain the bug in as much detail as you can: Ok so everything works fine except AB. It tends to freeze for a good 15 seconds and it continues but it happens a lot and it just disconnect me from the game, which causes HB to close.

Steps to reproduce the above bug: Find,Fix,Done.

AB works fine with the beta release prior to this Updated release. Pls help asap. Thank You

Not picking up and doing Quests just grinding..

What is your toon's class? Paladin

What is your toon's race? Human

What CC were you using? default

What profile were you using? BPAlpha's 68-80 Questing (Currently 68-71) Alliance and [Questing] Alliance Outland 58-71

List any plugins you were using: None

What area did the bug occur in: everywhere

What was your toon's position when the bug occurred (X, Y, Z coordinates)?

What type of bug are you reporting? Not Picking up Quests and doing them just going grinding in the hotspots

What was the bot's current action? (Downloading Mesh) then moves to hotspot to grind

Explain the bug in as much detail as you can: I have the bot in Questing Mode and Have the BPalpha's Questing profile loaded when i start it it will move and start grinding not even picking up Quests.. This also happened with the other profile so i had to grind the levels with it.. =(

Steps to reproduce the above bug: start the bot

Why? I'm running HB on Windows XP 64 bit with no problems. (and it's running on a VM hosted on a Linux box)

I've had this problem on one of my PC's as well. Doesn't matter what profile i use. I've even done a direct copy of a working 1.9.5.0 HB installation on 1 PC onto the other PC and it still does it. Weird.

For the quest item problem I set lootfilter to straight up delete the item.
