RMAH Items stuck in processing and you never get your money

********************WARNING**************

DO NOT SELL GOLD IN LARGE INCREMENTS ON THE RMAH

There is a chance something will go wrong with the transaction and you won't get paid for anything. Lost 1k USD +

********************WARNING**************

Anyone know the deal with this? I have gotten this randomly 8-10 times and it sucks. I obviously can't submit a ticket.

I wonder where the moneys going.....

I have 3 of these like this, luckily they were small sales of only 41,40, and 86 million. Oldest one is about a month old, not gonna open a ticket obviously..

Welp, time to start selling in small amounts and not in bulk...

wow that sucks.. I dont think blizz can keep that money even if they find out you're a botter. So you should def try get that back when u get banned, even tho it might take a while

Tried ticketing them the support 10+ times, got the following same replys:
- Blizzard can infinitely impound/suspend your sales for review.
- Support Game Master department cannot deal with/ escalate this issue.
- There is no department currently available to look at this issue.

Let this thread be a warning then I guess,

Sucks for me :(

were the ones stuck in processing much larger than the 200-400kk that you've successfully sold?

also mind telling how many bots/what setup you use to get a rmah history like that

The two that are circled are 350mil and 150mil

Been adding bots and playing the market for awhile, at 12-16 right now. That's only one of my RMAH accounts, but its not as impressive as it looks. If you look again a lot of the auctions were canceled.

Ill show some real money shots once all the accounts are banned.

Any news on that gold? Still in processing?

Ofc this happened to me now. Around 1b gold thats stuck in processing mode. Is it only me and alfajr this happened to? Checked battle.net forums but no thread about it and dont seem to be a lot people here its happened to either.

No, all eight of my stuck transactions are still stuck. It sucks because they all got stuck when gold was at a high point. Maybe one of the buyers charged backed or something and screwed up the whole transaction.

Who knows, I'm not holding my breath on getting anything back. The money has to be somewhere though, also wouldn't be surprised if someone on blizzard's end found a way to skim off the top.

Wouldnt be a very discret way if a blizz employee scammed this way. Pretty easy to notice :P Thinking of contacting blizz. Have had auction house issues before and they solved that without any problems.

Let me know how it goes.

I bot on my AH accounts and they are all plvl 100 each with 100-200 RMAH transactions. Not worth the risk, however small it might be, of getting all my accounts linked and banned for a couple hundred dollars they may or may not be able to give back to me anyways.

From what I've seen the money is still transferred to your paypal. This tends to occur if for whatever reason you don't sell a full batch of money. This has happened to me and while it says processing on the auction history the money is actually in my paypal account.

No, nothing was transferred on any of them and i received no gold back. I checked a couple papal accounts before i created this thread, but in response to your reply I checked all my paypal accounts and the "processing transactions" were not credited ANY amount.

damn that sucks man, maybe switch to 3rd party sellers? you'd get paid less but you won't have 1000 us dollars lock up like this

Thanks man but, I want to warn you about the 3rd party gold sellers again.

1) You can get scammed
2) You can get hacked
3) You tie another account that's doing illegal activities to your diablo 3 account
4) You identify yourself as someone doing illegal activities to whoever your trading with
5) If your dealing with a company, often they will have you sell directly to a customer without telling you. This customer now has your account information and will report you on a whim.

There's no way to get "hacked" by trading in-game and selling D3 gold is not "illegal", it's just against the TOS.

On the other hand, I would never sell to third-party sites cause the RMAH is so convenient.
