Unable to logon to HB

everytime i open my HB and try to login it say auth failed.

So i've tried to retype the key from buddyauth and still not working....

any help?

Same here.
The bot starts but in a few secs it says "Auth failed".
I've seen on the auth portal that my key is tagged as active also when I'm not running HB.
It is correct?

Yes. You start your own thread and you attach a log. Can't do much to help you if we can't see what's going on.
