Where are my keys at?!

havnt used Honorbuddy in about 6 months, i just got my password and everything reset and went to buddy.auth and loged in, however it says i have no keys. i paid for the big package and have sent in several request for help to support, any help plzz?

Tony ise used my old email [email protected] to purchase honorbuddy, but i have since then canacled my service with comcast and they closed my email so i have no access to it, what can i do to get the log in credentials?

Also tony, if you look at my forum post history you can see i have had this problem in the past =D sadly comcast isnt going to be able to unlock my email this time.
