World of Warcrafts 8th anniversary (started today on EU) gives all players who log in an item which grants 8% reputation and experience for an hour. 10 sec cd, it will disappear when the event ends (the 1th next month).

I'm going to take this opportunity and do my missing part of the Insane!

you can keep using it and have buff perma long as you have item as well.
