Wow freezing after couple of minutes, just bought this bot :(

Hello i just bought this bot and downloaded a profile that is using grindbot to kill mobs. All addons are disabled and cache is cleared. 2 minutes in the game just freezes and nothing more happens. If i press stop on honorbuddy i get logged out of wow. Whats wrong?? Payed for daypass to try it out and its not working good so far.

can you plz use dx11 in wow and let me now if that makes any difference?
 
It was DX11 before and I've tried to switch to DX9 with no improvement. Although the pvp bot works fine for +1 hour now. But when i try grindbot or questbot wow freezes itself pretty quick.
 
honorbuddy also gets logged out but after a couple of hours. seems like the bot is doing something that the wow client doesnt like. works fine in bg's but while waiting for queue it does something like the questing and grinding bot did that got them kicked out. Im not going to keep paying for this bot if you dont solve this for me.
 
i am also having the same problem the only one that seems to work is pvp bot

Does WoW crash with a crash log? If so, I need that log to be able to debug what's going on.

Your bot log only shows you pressing the stop button, which isn't helpful at all.

apoc i been having the same issue, wow just crash there is no crash report at wow folder.. wow just freeze.
 
i dont know, since my 1 day key is out i cant try it more. wont pay to beta test your software. if you want me to try some more and post the logs then give me a free key
 
Im also have problem last days with freezee clients. It happen to me last 3 days

The program Wow.exe version 5.0.5.16135 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

we cant give you a free key, but if you send an e-mail to [email protected]

include your key and explain that you wherent able to use it because you where having issues, they will extend the key for you.

you need to make your own thread, its not fair for the people trying to get help for you to piggyback on their threads.
 
ill do that and try the bot further. will return to this thread with results

Same here. The bot runs like 1-3 minutes,then suddenly freezes. doesnt crash wow, just freezes wow. When i touch wow with mouse then i crashes.

it can sometimes take up to 96 hours for response, most of the time its a lot quicker then that but they should get back to you.

then thats not the same thing hes experiencing. ether way dont piggyback off his thread, make your own thread in the support section if your having issues.
 
acctually that is a better explaination of exactly what happened, so theres more people like me out there that are unable to use the bot they payed for. when is solution coming? cant post any more logs though untill i get serial updated.
 
make sure using the newest version reinstal the bot fresh in a new folder that solved the freezing for me download version 15 what was released today
