Where to purchase a WoW Scroll of Resurrection account?

Guys, please advice with most popular forums or boards where I can purchase an old WoW account with Scroll of Resurrection available?
 
Pr3cious scammed me on 120k, don't buy from him.
 
all of the sor accounts ive gotten have been banned with in 3 days.

i bound it to a battle.net on the us servers and it gets banned everytime.
my "sor seller" clams that blizzard is strict on us servers, and to register one on eu servers

i call bullshit, traded with him almost a year now and never had any trouble (well blizzard removed some raf gametime but its not his fault and he even got me new ones for free)
 
Question:

Do you "have" to merge it with your battle.net account or can you just get the account and the details from them (so you know the "name" it is under) and start playing/botting on it?

The sellers typically only have access to account name/pw, not the personal information of the account holder.

I've been scammed by him too.

My story:
I first bought a month gametime from them and all went perfect.I think there is a post in this thread where I say that all went smooth.
Then... I bought a year pass + diablo 3.
Everything worked fine the first few months, then I started to receive billing on my credit card from blizzard. I contacted precious and he said that it was due on how blizzard changed how "refer a friend" worked and he would have needed more RAF codes for the next months. I then asked for a refund of those months (which I was not supposed to pay) and he refused to do it.
So... now I paid him for a year that I WON'T HAVE fully, and I'm also paying Blizzard every month.

So... be careful, because he may scam you too.
DON'T TRUST HIM.
 
Does sor accounts still work? i bought one 2 days ago, it's already locked and asks me to send full name of the account + id card etc, botted 12 hrs both days
 
depends on the account itself, some are flagged from before some get flagged by something like (AND THIS IS ONLY SPECULATION, of how i would do it if i was as lazy as blizz) a batch system that checks reactivated accounts, merged, and then names and address details etc. When i found out about SoR accounts i bought shitloads, for over priced prices, then found cheaper ones. All banned even, REGARDS THE FRAUDS DEPT BLIZZARD... lol.

My recommendation, WoW is very cheap atm, buy the $5 wow X2, RAF them and dungeon buddy tank/heal (not advised to tank, but just be there to watch with one eye and you'll be fine), i can get them to 80 in under 48 hrs (with breaks of course). SoRs not worth it, unless you are really lazy and you are going to BUY WOW, the xfer a level 80 from the SoR account straight away, thats $25 + $5 ($20) + the cata $10 ($30)... I did get BC collecters edition on 3 accounts i bought, only needed 1 xfer obviously :P.
 
I buy and sell to pr3cious on a daily basis, have never been scammed in any way. I think i'm up to over 100 sor accounts and 30 million gold with him from a quick look at my spreadsheet.
 
I'm curious as to what an sor account use is. If when you buy one you typically don't have access to the personal info and a large portion of them seem to get banned whats the point? Personally, I bought 2 accounts from blizz for $5 each and made them my bankers. A bot will never touch those accounts so I know the gold and matts are safe(ish)

This is just me thinking out lout. If someone could enlighten me the use of an sor account i'd appreciate it.

buy SOR account, get free lvl 80 (4-6days of leveling hassle gone=profit sooner), transfer lvl 80 off sor account to legit account in your name

The question still remains, how safe is it to transfer the char to your Main account? Will the account be flagged? Is there any chance that it gets banned along with the sor account? Is there any chance that the char alone gets removed/banned from the main account?
