Crashes on start

Everytime i log into honorbuddy an error pops up saying "Could not load file o assembly 'fasmdll_managed.dll' or one of its dependencies" and after that message it closes. I have it set to 32 bit launcher and im on Dx9 i've redownloaded it and no luck.
