Lost several sessions while changing to the new key!

Hey,

To my surprise when I woke up this morning I had an email from the HB Team, this is what it said:
This is an automated email. Your Shop Account was transformed into a key-based login, your key is *KEY*, it has 1 sessions and can be used for 3600 days.

This surprised me, since my old key had 3 sessions!
A screenshot is attached.

Who can help me?
