*facepalm* the day has come somehow...

all my auctions have been canceled and i get this message...
funny i have only received the "auction canceled" mails and NOT the mail concerning the ban.

but i assume there is no way back...

to bad it was my oldest account with RMAH usage... what can u suggest to keep my other accounts alive?

i am not sure what i should do next..

contact support (probably no good idea)
continue botting with other acc's (probably no good idea)
switching my phone number to another account for RMAH (probably not even working)

i sold gold via rmah but no to professional gold seller...

Some help to my concerns about the other accounts would be nice :)

and of course i know the risk. you will never see me complaining about the ban cause i should even be happy to use this accounts that long...
 
Your accounts is suspended, not banned. There's a very big difference. It was probably some problem with your b.net info not matching your paypal info. that happened to me before and I had to give them my ID and they unlocked my account.

Check your mail. You probably got a mail saying there is some problem with your rmah usage.

/e I might have mixed it up. Dont remember if it says suspended or banned when you get a real ban. Altho one of my accoutns got locked before cus I used the US rmah with a swedish paypal and it was no problem unlocking it.

i think this is ah related... think you need to give them a call.
 
in bnet my auction house is "banned" (red color) while my account is suspended (orange color)

and yeah, i use a different mailbox for paypal

*hm* shall i try a call or ticket?
 
Just wait for the email, that sais, that there is an auction house issue and then write a ticket. It should be solved the next day.
This happens often if you are using a V P N and/or a different email/name for your paypal.

like others have said a suspension is different to a ban and this is most likely caused by differences in information on your bnet account and paypal account
 
I had the same issue before. Mine was because I region difference. Call them and make up an excuse. It was resolved in 2 mins
 
If some1 needs info: U can switch ur phone number to another account. Tested before - delete it from acc A and use it for acc B.

ok, even if acc A is banned u can delete the phone number and use it for acc B, right? good to know...

As the above account name states, you should just avoid/lol at any input he has to offer. Suspensions are a pinch to resolve they just take 48 hours of patience, banning is forever (usually).

For more info consult his theories on 24/7 botting being an instaban (lol)
 
You just need to call them and your account will be unlocked instantly unless you can't verify yourself as the owner of the account.
 
problem solved, account running again :)

thanks godness it was only a AH/RMAH/Paypal issue.... but still i am not sure why... sold too much gold (270M) in one bunch at the rmah?
different paypal/acc mail-adress shouldn't be the problem....

anyway, can be closed... NO ban.
