I am having an issue just like them, and I pay for the service just like them, I feel the right to have my problem serviced, as I did what was told, I posted a log, unlike them.

I understand what you are saying and how you feel Huff. But with something like this effecting 1000's of users, it is damn near impossible for HB's devs and Admins to assist people if they each create a topic. If you post in one thread this help them keep track of everyones problem and helps them help you buy not missing your post, as it is located in the proper thread.
 
All bug report posts must contain your full log file as attachment.

We will ignore/delete all bug reports without a full log file as attachment.


Also, ALL Support threads must be posted under this section

In all other cases we will ignore/delete your thread/post.

I understand what you are saying Huff and you are most certainly correct under normal circumstances. However this is not a issue just effecting you, this is a mass outage and effecting all Honorbuddy and associated bots, not just you. In a case like this you can simply add to one of the large threads reporting the same problem as you.
