How to change file type

Does anyone know how to change CS files to XML because i've been looking through some combat profiles and some are CS and I can't run them with Honorbuddy..
If you could help that would be great! +Rep

No you do not load .cs files with HB, those are not profiles but routines and you put them in the routine folder.
All profiles you can load with "Load profile" is .xml, unless they are to be run with professionbuddy, but then you run them with professionbuddy.
