auth. failed

add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus for Hb
 
Auth serves working as they should,something is blocking Hb on your machine
 
no i was using HB then out of the blue it stopped working then would not let me log on

Everything worked yesterday, and now all of a sudden it won't work for any of my computers.
 
same trbl, no firewall

Same thing for me. Could not login right after latest update.
I have pure vmware win7 without any antiviruses or firewalls (defaults are disabled).
It was working on previous version.

Same problem here. Not a firewall issue.

I did a wireshark trace and the application is never receiving a response from the auth servers. I did a protocol ping against the auth server IP and there is nothing listening on that port.
