Starting to farm gold to sell. (HELP)

As you see in the title I want to farm gold and sell it, right now I have one bot mining ore and herbing and another bot leveling another toon to 90. Is there any tips anyone would give me? Or anything I SHOULD know. Any tips on making gold are appreciated too! Also I know google can help me but if anyone has a really nice person or website they sell to I would appreciate you sharing :)
 
Sure, lets cut into our personal profit by helping you (and everyone else). I think with enough searching you will find the answers you want. With 2 posts, dont count on a step by step guide to sell.

IMO, trade gold for wow time to fund your toons and use the gold you make to buy stuff you want from the BMAH // Epics // Mounts
 
Yea I use gold to buy time from people on my server selling them rarely cheap usually like 15k for a 60 day game time. I just got my 2nd 90 and im trying to level up its mining with PB but no luck. As for tips? mhmm I could use some my self! lol just transfered to a new high pop server. (cant stand low pop)

I think Mining + Jewelcrafting is the best way to go though..

Na, level multi toons. Enchanting + JC (for my main raider)
Mining+herb for cash flow
I levedled 1-525 with PB last night, had issues with hyjal but 100% afk

I would level a DK for every pro, but cant make 2. Can xfer 1 from another account but cant make one. Kinda silly imo.

You can? I was wondering about that as I have a 85 DK on a server I no longer play on. Hmm might have to do that.
 
Well I hope you don't expect much.
gold selling isn't as lucrative as it was in the past.
I quit selling gold when 500k only net me around $130

Anyway to make gold it is best to process the raw mats you farm.

i just sold 200k for 140$

I would only sell to Chinese sellers and this was towards the end of cata.
It ended being $130 after paypal fees.
And gold was only $.30 per thousand

Ya i sell to them too they flip it and make profit but the prices keep dropping on gold so it wont even be profitable to sell it much longer
i will just use the gold to fund my accounts with time and use the gold for personal use or find someone to buy gold for personal use for 1.0$ a k still cheaper than china sellers
 
Why do you think it will drop that much? Is it inevitable? Or is it because of the dupes?
 
WoW Gold is very easy too get now thats why it is dropping :)
 
Gold request peaks just after a major release (expansion/patch), then drops significantly over time. This time blizzard gave us a huge and nice "cash sink" that makes some golds disappear from the game: it is the black market auction house. I hope that this will keep our economy in a better shape in the long run.

BTW, don't count on it, selling golds for a profit isn't that easy as it used to be.
 
the time has already come atleast on some realms. latest offer i got from my buyer was 0.27€ /k thats close enough to 0.3$...sad times

Gold does not make you money anymore. Do not let these guys tell you different, unless you run the show selling $2 per k, you will be making pennies.

I have 5 accounts running and used to sell gold. I will now use these accounts to generate a mass wow wealth and buy everything I can from the BMAH since there is no money left in this anymore.

Yes lol it is going to happen even if we like it or not the prices will drop and idk shit about the dupes never even really read into it or how its done i have just seen people sayin chinese farmers figured out how to dupe gold and thats another reason the price keeps dropping for us botters that sell gold as well.
 
There is a massive dupe destroying the game, blizzard probably don't even care, the chinese also run the show and can do what the hell they want.

Gold dropped $0.2 in 48 hours, expect another drop in the next few days, watch it go down to a record low if the sapphire panther dupe isn't fixed.
 
I sell to a site and I get 0.73$/k :p
when I sell to private buyers I get around 1$/k
